The communication must be made within 8 days from the date of receipt by mail to info@decor-designs.it
The shipping costs will be at your expense: both those incurred to send the product back to us and those paid to receive it. They will be deducted from the refund we will make to you. If you have used the free shipping, the amount will still be divided according to our table which you can view in the section dedicated to the conditions of sale.
Of course, if you want to return only one of the products purchased with a multiple order, only the partial sum referring to the product in question will be returned.
To obtain a refund, the product must be returned to Decor Designs in its original condition: complete, without tampering and without evident signs of use.
Otherwise the refund cannot be made or will be made only partially.
To carry out the withdrawal procedure, follow these simple steps:
– Send us a communication via email at info@decor-designs.it or by registered mail to Decor Designs di Ceriani Laura Via Cadorna 3/b – 20014 Nerviano (MI).;
– In the communication you must indicate your personal data, the product reference data (order number and the date on which it was made) and finally how you want us to proceed with the refund (Bank Transfer or if you paid the credit by card on it);
– Remember to attach a copy of the order confirmation we sent you by email to the package.
The cost of shipping a product for return is charged to the end customer.
Right of withdrawal in case of non-compliant goods
In the event of non-compliant goods, the seller is required to reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including any shipping costs for the goods incurred during the purchase.
The refund of the price paid (including shipping costs) must take place free of charge, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the consumer's exercise of withdrawal.
Internet sales of our products are identified as distance contracts, therefore governed by Legislative Decree n. 206/05 (articles from 50 to 68) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. contracts carried out outside commercial premises. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, you simply need to send Decor Designs a written communication to that effect, and within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, also arrange for the shipment of the aforementioned goods purchased to the address indicated below.

How long do I have to ship the product?
The product must be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the same upon written notice, as indicated above, by mail or registered letter with return receipt
What is the time frame for the refund?
Once we have received the item, we will immediately activate the refund procedure.
As regards the payment made by bank transfer, we await the visualization before being able to proceed with the shipment.
Times will depend on the payment method you used. In any case they will not exceed 10 working days.
